A loving father of two and a beloved son and brother, Brian Stone Jr., passed away due to gun violence. He was pronounced dead in a statement on social media that read “The members of Fedup sends condolences to the family of Brian Stone Jr who loss his life to gun violence in the City of Roanoke.”
What happened to Brian Stone Jr?
Officers were called to a nearby hospital on November 9, 2024, at around 2:54 a.m., after receiving a report of a man being delivered off by a private vehicle with gunshot wound injuries. He passed away from his wounds in spite of every attempt to save his life. Brian Keith Stone Jr., 23, has been confirmed as the victim.
According to the investigation, the 800 block of Hunt Avenue NW is where the incident was committed. Even on his worst days, Brian Stone Jr. managed to maintain a smile that brightened the entire room. Everyone did felt loved by him. And family was one of his top priorities. He was a delight to be around and the biggest goofball. Brian was eager to return to school and continue his study because he had his entire life ahead of him.
He was thrilled about his future and enrolled in college. He was loving being in love and enjoying being the father. He was a wonderful man and Alisha Davis’s devoted son. In addition to being a father to his two girls, Brian’s family was his entire universe.
