Stephanie Foote, a resident of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, and a beloved mother passed away on November 19, 2024. She was announced dead through a social media publication that read “I made a lot of bad decisions in my life but when I left a year ago was the worst of my life. I’m so sorry Stephanie Foote. I love you.”

Stephanie was Ella’s proud mother. Steph had great pleasure in her kid, as everybody who knew her knows. Their relationship was unique. Ella started attending Kutztown University in 2023 after graduating from Tunkhannock High School. Her mother provided her with both financial and emotional assistance during her time in school.
